Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). You must not transmit any viruses or code of a destructive nature. A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission. Your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks; your payment card information is always encrypted during transfer.

3. Products and Pricing

We have made every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen displays colours accurately. Products may be available in limited quantities and are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices and product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or limit sales to any person or region at our discretion.

4. Orders and Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us — for example, where a product is unavailable, a pricing or description error has occurred, or we suspect the order is fraudulent or placed by a reseller. If we cancel or change an order, we'll try to notify you using the contact details you provided.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to keep your details up to date so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Subscriptions

Some products are available on a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to automatically charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. You may pause, skip, or cancel any time — to avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. 6. Your Consumer Rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 7. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including in product descriptions, pricing, and availability — and to change or cancel orders if any information was inaccurate, at any time without prior notice (including after you've placed an order).

8. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our site may include links to third-party websites or tools that we don't control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites, and your use of them is at your own risk. Please review the relevant third party's terms and policies before engaging with them.

9. User Comments and Submissions

If you send us comments, ideas, or suggestions (such as reviews or feedback), you agree that we may use, edit, or publish them without restriction or obligation to compensate you. You agree your submissions won't violate any third-party rights, won't be unlawful or abusive, and won't contain malicious code. You are responsible for the accuracy of any comments you make.

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by you or us. We may terminate these Terms at any time if we believe you have failed to comply with them, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
