Subscription Cancellation Policy

Our filter subscription auto-ships a fresh Luminous Restoration Cartridge every 90 days, so your colour protection never runs out. You're in control — pause, skip, or cancel any time.

• Cancel any time from your account, or by emailing us at support@luminoushair.store.
• To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your billing date will take effect from the following cycle, as that order may already be processing.
• You can also pause or skip an upcoming delivery any time before the 48-hour cut-off.
